so this ferry I repaint for the blink‐blink he.he.he

just unzip the dat file to your /My Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins directory so latter on the sea you will see the ferry is fresh

if you don't like? just Remove the dat file from your /My Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins directory
